Most smaller displays like banner stands or equivalent typically take between 1 to 2 weeks for production to complete before shipping. Most 10x10' displays typically take between 1 to 2 weeks , whereas 10x20' displays can take between 1.5 to 2.5 weeks, and 20x20' displays can take between 2.5 - 3.5 weeks for production. Returns & Exchanges
DisplayWyze Solutions does not offer refunds or returns on any products ordered as all sales are final. However, if a product is damaged during shipping or is found to be defective, we will fix or exchange the product during the warranty phase at no charge. Always take a picture of any damaged product upon receipt of the product and document the damage with the delivery driver before they leave and provide us with the information so we can process the damaged goods.
